My name is Dao. It’s pronounced ‘dow’ – like wow, as in amazing!
I want to help you find clarity and trust your intuitive knowing.
I am intuitive and descend from a highly intuitive family. We see spirits and communicate with our ancestors. I have sensed and heard spirits throughout my life. I also communicate with them in the dream realm and during my readings.
I am a blend of a claircognizant & clairsentient. I can perceive information beyond the normal physical human senses. I am not limited to one sense. Messages appear for me in the form of a knowing or a feeling.
I started reading for others over 20 years ago. Like many intuitives, I started out using tarot cards. But after many years, tarot became stagnant. So, I stepped away from intuitive work. Years later, my intuitive spark re-ignited when I started watercoloring again. Watercoloring brings me a meditative joy that expands my intuition. When messages began to flow onto my watercolor canvas, that’s when I knew I had found my next medium.
Spectra Guidance is the confluence of my creativity and intuition. I’ve been quietly honing my technique for friends and family. Now, it’s time for me to further expand. Starting with a brush, watercolors, and an empty canvas, the possibilities of what can appear before me are limitless. I am pleased to open my doors once again and offer Spectra Guidance to clients! I want to help you problem-solve by offering a different perspective but the ultimate decision is always yours to make.
Spectra Guidance is a passion of mine but not my career. Professionally, I create online learning and trainings. I am also a Death Doula and hospice volunteer. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, baking, fly fishing, psychometry, documentaries, writing, and nosework training with my dogs.
I believe everyone deserves a healthy and joy-filled life no matter their identity.
